After looking at your account I can see that Resident Evil 2 was posted out to you in May 31st. I’ve sent you a personal email to see if this game did actually arrive with you?
We offer wait times as an indicator of the potential wait of unavailable game. These wait times are subject to change every 24 hours depending on the returns we get each day. As we have no late fees or time limits customers of the service are free to play games for as long as they'd like, with some less popular titles this can in some cases artificially increase the wait time. We review the wait times on a daily basis and will do everything we can to bring the wait down for you. Anytime you are left waiting for a game you will be awarded payback points. These are awarded to you to give you back anytime lost during your wait. Points can be used to rent bonus games, get discounts off purchases and saved up for a free rental month. On looking at your account I can see that you currently have a game showing as being rented. Please could you email us back and let us know if you received the current game your showing as renting. Either respond to our email or send us one to customersupport@boomerangrentals.co.uk and we'd be happy to help and see what we can do about the issues you’ve had. Hope we hear from you soon
