You can reactivate your account anytime. We have no minimum term so your can us the service for as long as you'd like, take a rental holiday and return at a later date. Great service
I love that I can rent games - delivered right to my door, play them and send them back with the free envelope. I can't recall ever really having a problem with the service, perhaps a couple of games...

We're really sorry to hear of the issues you feel you've had with the service. We've sent two personal emails to you in an attempt to resolve this for you. As of yet we have not heard back from you. If customers games do not arrive with them we have a number of ways to get it resolved very quickly. We normally expect games to arrive in 1-3 days as we send all of our items via 1st class Royal Mail. Games will arrive with your normal post so that no one has to stay in to sign for items. If a game hasn't arrived within 7 days we will move quickly to get this resolved and anytime that you've waited will be awarded back to you. We would never have customer lose out on their subscription. Please get in touch via customersupport@boomerangrentals.co.uk and we will get this sorted for you quickly. Hope to hear from you soon. Your rental list is totally customizable and you can choose the order you want to receive your rentals in! We always aim to get your next game out to you asap. Works really well. No issues for many years.Once I received a scratched disc, it got replaced immediately, with no fuss.
