Quick service and great game selection. I had a problem with pre-order rentals but the customer service was polite and quick to respond.

I'm sorry to hear of your experience.
We stock any game that receives a physical UK release and we have 1000's of games to choose from across all platforms including the new PS5 and Xbox Series X consoles!
If there is ever a game that we do not have available our customers can request and where possible we will look to get copies in to add to our library!
We always aim to have enough stock to meet demand with new releases and in our growing library and as our customers are able to keep hold of the games for as long as they like with no late fees there may be occasions when we don’t have the games you are after immediately available.
Any time you have lost we will award payback points for each day you are waiting. These points can then be used towards bonus games, free rental months and discounts on purchases.

Brilliant service.
Brilliant rental service, I would highly recommend boomerang for anyone that wants to rent games, very fast service and loads of titles in stock, definitely worthy of a 5 star review.
