We are very sorry to hear this Nigel. This is one of our taller parking posts but this mistake should not have been made. No excuses. We are more than happy to come and rectify this problem free of charge, as soon as possible.
Any issues or concerns like this we are only a phone call away. Unfortunately we didn't know about this until now, if we had we would always come and fix it right away, before any further problems arise.
We will hopefully get back to you at the earliest opportunity, we are close to your area almost every day.

The attention I have received since my initial observations cannot be faulted and it has been made very clear to me that customer satisfaction is paramount to this business and so although matters have not been resolved entirely at time of writing this as a gesture of good faith on my part I recommend this company wholeheartedly (and just hope they still show up:)
