Excellent service, spoke to Theo, he advised on the cover I was looking for and went through the options and prices etc. Theo was very helpful and professional.

Blackcat ok, separate medical declaration not so.
I found the web page straight forward to complete. However the medical declaration was not so straight forward, being totally separate. I still have not received an email with confirmation on this...

I again took out travel insurance with Big Cat because they offer 2 years which is rare. I needed to alter a detail and this was seen to very quickly over the phone with a follow-up confirmation....
