Delivery good, but 1 box was not sealed properly and bottom fell out when lifted…
Delivery good, but 1 box was not sealed properly and bottom fell out when lifted from Parcel Force van. Also pots crammed into some of the boxes which had turned over during delivery, very poor...

Sorry to hear about the "tipping up" of your boxes - we'll take this up with our carriers. Sorry also if the plants were too tall - it's not a complaint we often get but we know it can make them unmanageable - especially prickly ones like Hawthorn. Karen Tongs, Office Manager Best4Hedging Ltd
