My purchase has not arrived, I downloaded the app so I could track my order but when I try to find it, the app states 'We couldn't find a tracking number.' Is my tracking number the same as my order...

Paid for next day delivery, goods arrived 3 days later!!!! E mailed cust service to enquire where my goods were, 10 days on i still havent had a reply.

Good customer service
Quick delivery direct from the supplier. There was an issue on delivery that was sorted out very quickly and amicably by customer services at Beautiful Homes Direct. I would use them again.
