Disgusting how rude to pass my information on without my concent and at least spell my name correctly how ignorant. Lastly I cancelled my order and waited ages for my refund! !!! Talk about breach...

please accept our sincere apologies for all the inconvenience caused. We do manually type up the customer details and on occasions the letters are not always easily readable on the carbon copy we have.
