Very slow delivery, waited 2 weeks. No update / explanation until I phoned.

Hi Vincent,
The reason for the delay in your order was simply due to the product arriving with us from our supplier.
It stated on the product page website at the time that the product you ordered would not be available until Mid February 2017 and therefore your order confirmation would have stated that this product was on 'back order'. The product did not arrive with us until February 8th 2017 and was immediately despatched the same day using a 24 hours delivery service.
I do apologise for any inconvenience caused Vincent.
Met the guys at the Baby and Toddler show in London in November and bought one of their products online. Very happy with the service I received and the quick dispatch of the bag I bought.
