After looking into this further, it seems an administrative error was found during the process of your refund between our dispatch and accounts teams. Please be advised your refund was made last week and should be with you within the next 2-3 business days depending on your method of payment.

I have looked into this matter and it seemed we had a brief technical issue with our website with regards to this popular item. After investigating further it seemed this product went out of stock the moment your order was received and hence the refund we immediately provided you. I can only apologize further with regards to no one contacting you informing you the reason of your refund as we do pride ourselves on good customer service.

Hi, Please refer to the service feedback response we have provided. This was a brief technical issue on our website with regards to this popular item which went out of stock the moment we received your order and hence an immediate refund was provided. The reason you received a 25% discount email on any bouncer or rocker was due to the fact this is an automated email sent to bababing customers who have purchased from us.
Once again, I do apologize as we do pride ourselves on good customer service and please be advised this popular product will be back in stock within the next 4 weeks.
