Hi, I am sorry to read your recent feedback with regards to our service we provide. We take great pride in delivering the best possible service to all of our customers.
With regards to your comments of us not supplying a 'free returns' service, unfortunately this is something we cannot provide due to the continuing ongoing cost increases on shipping and product costs from our suppliers. Furthermore and as I am sure you would have experienced, we do provide a 'free shipping' on all of our orders and with the extra 20% discount you obtained on your order at the time, providing a free returns service is just not viable.
