But late in the day to tell me this, we were given no other option. We had to return it weeks ago, had to chase it more than 10 days after returning it to find you were out of stock so our only option was a refund. We won’t order from you again, customer service was slow and poor.

I am really sorry you feel this way,
Faulty items do need to be returned to us, in order for them to be sent off to our supplier for quality improvements to be made, and we also return faulty items to have them recycled,
As post offices are still are running we will still ask customers to return the faulty items to us, if we are advised that the customer does not feel comfortable doing so we would, of course, offer an alternative,
Again please accept our apologies for any stress and inconvenience caused,

Beautiful, dainty piece of jewellery. Looks stunning on the ear. Fast delivery too! Bought it as a gift and my friend loved it! Just remember it is quite small and only comes as a single stud.
