Presentation of the purchases was lovely and a nice touch when you’re getting jewellery. Delivery was also super quick.

I am very sorry to hear you lost your Cuff.
Unfortunately, we do state on our website that we are not responsible for lost jewellery.
We supply our customers with videos on how to correctly apply the cuffs to ensure they stay on nice and tight - My apologies if this did not help.
I will be passing this feedback over to our sites team to see if there is anything else we can be doing to support our customers needs.

The earrings I purchased are nice, but I'm worried that they don't click in correctly - they don't feel very secure and I'm worried I may lose them. The sales team sent me a video showing how to...
the objects i received i like them very much..the only thing i didn 't like was that i had to go to the post office for it, and it didn t came at my doorstep.. but what can i do?
