Showjumps are drop-shipped directly to the customer due to their size and we were notified by the manufacturer that the jumps would be delivered the day in question.
Unfortunately the manufacturer had a mix-up with the address details and the shipper tried to deliver to our offices and had to be turned away. The manufacturer was notified immediatedly and instructed to contact you directly with a revised delivery date.
We have investigated the matter - and it appears that they did not contact you as promissed. We appologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you and we have as a result discontinued this product line.

Because of this unfortunately manufacturing times took longer than expected. Our best efforts were made to keep you informed of this delay.
