was very easy ,the lady on the phone was so was amazingly helpful,having a child with extra needs ,she made sure everything was booked as we asked . cant wait to go to our fave theme park for a fab...

Polite, friendly and helpful
The lady on the phone was bright, cheerful, very knowledgeable about the park and clearly enjoyed her job, she made the process a pleasure.
