thanks for your feedback, we are very thankful of you taking the time to inform us of your experience.
I am sorry to hear you were experiencing problems online whilst trying to make a booking. I know we were having errors with certain expiry dates on cards with the bookings going through, so I am ever so sorry that this effected you. We also work very closely with the call centre to ensure every one gets a call back when told so however in some cases being a very busy call centre this may not be on time.
I am unsure as to why the tickets won't print for yourself. If you don't manage to get them printed the guest services at the park are very helpful and will print them off there for you.
I am glad to see you have got something booked in! Have a lovely time when you go.

As the Alton Towers Spa is self managed onsite. Unfortunately I can't help out with that quite as much as I would like to. However It may be best for you to contact the Spa directly on 0871 702 7043 for any bookings or enquires.

Hi There,
Thanks for getting in touch and informing us of your recent experience whilst booking your Alton Towers short break. I am very sorry to see that you felt the need to rate us with a double negative.
Our website is always undergoing changes and improvements in order to better our customer experience, I am very sorry to read that on this occasion you found it difficult to navigate.
With regards to the fast track tickets, this isn't something we currently sell from Alton Towers Holidays. I might suggest that you may of been looking on Alton Towers main website for these. We are currently looking into selling these within our packages too but unfortunately just isn't something we can currently help you with.
It may be best to contact the main Alton Towers ticket line on 0871 222 3330 in order to pre purchase these.
With regards to the Customer Experience Team, I will of course be sure to see that all members of staff are aware of the correct information relating to the tickets & ride information and will address retraining where necessary.
Needless to add, from all of us here at Alton Towers Holidays, we hope that you and your family have a wonderful trip to the Alton Towers Resort.

I am sorry to hear you have not received your email confirmation. This is definitely not the experience we wish for our customers to have. I would recommend maybe checking in your spam or junk folder just to make sure it hasn't accidentally gone into there.
