It was straight forward to use but I have booked the high ropes but was not given the choice when so have to ring to book this in.
Also the opportunity to book the restaurant should be also available...

Not very organised
Got to say I have been booking over phone for many years and this time was a nightmare the lady was ok who did booking but the whole system has changed we could only book room only had to do tickets...

Wonderfully friendly and helpful service!
The customer advisor I spoke to to make the booking was incredibly polite, friendly and helpful in tailoring the booking to suit our needs. I wouldn't hesitate in phoning to book again.
