Very poor service
Improved communication would be a good start. We had to chase for any info on progress, interest, feedback from viewers, expressions of interest, offers received etc. All a very one sided experience

Got the job done, but lost interest after that.
Prompt valuation and service initially but after an offer was accepted they lost interest very quickly, there was no feeling of "personal touch" or follow up, it felt like "ok, we have the money now...

They marketed the property well attracted a number of prospective buyers. Handled the process well, sold the property in under a fortnight.
