Good afternoon Mr and Mrs Golebiewski, Thank you for spending the time to leave a review. I do understand that you are frustrated you haven't received any paperwork as of yet, however, the policies were only applied for last Tuesday and your documents were emailed to you the day after applying. They have also been sent to you in the post. As you can appreciate, we have had a bank holiday weekend, so there will be a delay in receiving this.
