Next Day Delivery seems to be non-existant
Ordered a mattress online at 8am in the morning, choosing a delivery date of the following day....email confirmation received...next day, no mattress....Airsprung said the couriers hadnt turned up,...

good mattresses made in the Uk
Really easy to buy on line using your website. However, I live near Trowbridge and went to your factory shop but they did not stock much of your range at all. I found that frustrating and confusing...

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify - The Factory Shop in Trowbridge makes a wide range of pocket sprung, memory foam and open coil mattress created especially for The Factory Shop. The Airsprung Direct website offers a range of revivo mattresses which are created especially for that website and are only sold online. We are really pleased you found a mattress you like from Airsprung Direct and thanks for choosing to buy from us.

I wouldn't recommend
I was delivered a damaged mattress. I had just started a new job and they would not pick up the damaged one at a weekend. I had to take a whole day off to accommodate you. It's taken over a week of...
