We appreciate your feedback and the time you've taken to share it. As per our recent email exchange, the garland you received is indeed the same one you ordered. It's important to note that we are a small, family-run business that handles all our photography in-house. To keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers, each garland is shipped flat-packed, requiring a bit of "fluffing" to achieve the appearance showcased in our photos. We do sell over 2000 units of this garland a year and have no issues with the quality of the garland and it still remains one of our best-selling garlands. We have also since refunded the garland to you in full upon receiving your return. Well the pictures show themselves that no amount of fluffing will change the colour or go from zero density to looking like what it should on the website. Misleading and disingenuous. I will be taking action for the cost and time taken to return since you refused to help return an item you shouldn’t have sent. In addition, it was PayPal who refunded me!

A “personal preference” is getting the same quality and colour of product you choose on the website, delivered to your door. Or is it a personal preference to expect this. The name of the product on the invoice was different to the product name on the website. The colour was different. The density was completely different and the overall feel and look of the product left anyone to believe it was two different products. If you are telling me it’s not, then I think you should look at your own honesty as ou are simply misleading customers with the product you are promoting and the product you are sending. A disgraceful way to make money at what should be a magical time. Disgusted.
