excellent service prompt delivery and a good product would buy from this company again although a lot of the products are more commercial

Upon reviewing our communication records, we want to clarify that we never refused to send a replacement. Our standard procedure is to request proof of the damaged item before issuing a replacement, as it helps us better understand the issue and ensures that we address your concern accurately.
We noticed that you reached out to us via email on December 1st at 14:19, and we promptly responded at 14:22, requesting photos of the damaged bauble to proceed with the replacement process. We understand that you had already discarded the item, and we sympathise with the inconvenience this may have caused. However, the photo request is a crucial step in our resolution process and is in place to assist us in improving our product quality and customer service.
