Waited over a week now. Had to call as I haven't received earings. To be be told they were popular and waiting delivery. They could have sent a email to keep us up to date.

Beat the price of another retailer.
Next day delivery before 1pm, I had my new watch by 11:30 and on my wrist by 11:40.

Love Steffens in Northampton they rang me to tell me when my purchase was in, couldn’t get there till the weekend it wasn’t a problem, lovely friendly staff, beautiful jewellery
