Unfortunately, as mentioned in our email communication, the hinges were fitted incorrectly and although we were more than happy to replace the hinges, as mentioned, you would have been left with holes where the incorrect ones were fitted. We genuinely appreciate your frustration and should you decide you would like replacement hinges sent out, please call the team and this will be arranged. Once again, we are sorry that we were not able to help you further.

We did email you at the time to explain our charges in greater detail, hopefully this was received. Additionally, the refund for the missing bolts was processed on the same day as your notification was received, please let us know should this not have been received.
