I wanted to share my storage as it was dirty and even emailing Simon 3 times nobody has got in touch with me. Very unprofessional service

Marta we can only apologise for the cleanliness - each time a new customer moves in the unit is supposed to be cleaned by our cleaning team before the move in date. This did not happen. However we have since upgraded you to a bigger unit at no extra cost and so hope that we have rectified this situation to your satisfaction. Regards Simon 3D Space Storage

Convenient location, good people to deal with.
Overall the service is solid. Angus is great and very helpful and also has been very patient in getting things set up.
On the slightly less good side, the timings of the direct debits are a little...

I am extremely happy and satisfied with Metro services and would highly recommend their services.
I had excellent service from Staff and Head Office, the storage room provided is what I need although I thought I needed smaller sq ft but everybody has been very patient and listened to my requests....

Very helpful when we needed to store surplus food over the Christmas period. We did have rodent problems but the staff's help was amazing.

Glad we were able to help you with the free storage we gave you as a charity over Christmas and into January 2016. Normally we do not allow food to be stored in the storage facility as it does lead to problems with rodents. We wanted to help you and unfortunately by bending our rules re food storage it did cause a temporary problem with mice. In future we are very happy to deal with tinned food but we would not allow dried foods like pasta as the fact these items were in the storage area actually helped caused the problem!

Not good
Space impossible to access, roller carts don't really work and have no break (despite steep incline), there are often piles of junk strewn around, leaky ceilings, and you have to pay if you stay more...
