I was shipped a size 10 UK instead of a size 10 US and I am still waiting on the credit - the item was ordered on 10/23/20 and I was told it was a website error. I returned it on 11/12/20, received...

Il faut envoyer au client ce qu'il a commande pour lui eviter des tracasseries de renvoyer la commande. J'avais commande la pointure 11 et demi, j'ai recu la pointure 11.
