Good but room for improvement.
Generally pretty good. But occasional IT / website hiccups and they cannot manage to put a yield column on online or printed valuations. Customer service is excellent and costs are competitive.

Simplify Login
I appreciate your security requirements but your current Login requirements are excessively onerous. Look at iii they manage on a much simpler Log in proceedure
