It should have been 5 stars but unfortunately in 13 boxes there was one totally random plank, which spoiled the floor. I did contact Woodpecker and wasn't very happy with the response.

Great quality flooring
Great service, I was kept fully informed regarding delivery which was on time. Floor8ng is of a high quality & looks superb. Highly recommended.

Terrible quality, appalling communication
The top layer of the floor started peeling within weeks of putting it down. I have tried to contact Woodpecker several times without success or response. I would appreciate Woodpecker getting in...

The flooring is very good but the strips that fix the new flooring to the existing flooring is very poor, the only means of attachment is a sticky strip which started to come unstuck the day after it...

Quality flooring, easy to fit. Packs arrived very well packaged and on the day advised. The completed floor is good looking and feels great underfoot.
