Great service let down by a 3rd party.
A straight-forward case that was delayed due to lack of a valuer to visit the property to value it. Perhaps you could consider widening your Panel of valuers.

Involved Underwriter who helped it through to completion
Underwriter knew of the urgency of a case and did her best to accommodate to the clients needs to get this drawn down. Was a bit trickier as was in Scotland and there are more legal hoops to jump...
