Cannot get on your web site to log in asked one of your callers to help ,

Could not login on your website when asked one of your agents only interested in the money we owed.still cannot see how far some of my claims are going,I do not think this is at all good.

Should have 1 person overseeing the claim to prevent numerous phone calls asking for a signature of my husband of which you had previously been notified he had died.

The process was quite fast and I managed to get my PPI. The fees were high.

The company was very efficient to deal with my case. I managed to get my PPI quickly. However, I did not expect to pay the fees that were Half the amount of my PPI!!
