We have now emailed you regarding this, and I’m truly sorry for the frustration this situation has caused. Unfortunately, the parcel was returned back to us by Royal Mail as undelivered, which then triggered the refund notice you received.
Please let me reassure you that a full refund of £54.23 has now been processed in response to the return, not just the partial amount you initially saw. Sometimes the payment processor displays amounts separately, but the full total has been issued back to your original payment method and should appear very shortly.
