Hi Vanessa, I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with your drafting chair.
As we've previously discussed, the website description of this product clearly states that there is 'no seat tilt' on this chair. Unfortunately it was custom made in a specific fabric and therefore cannot be returned.
The castors that we've supplied are 'brake castors'. The product description states...
"weight activated. Castors stop rolling when the user stands and takes weight off the chair. The castors roll normally when weight is applied to the chair (user sits in the chair). Avoid injury, brake castors stop the chair rolling away inadvertently on hard floors when the user stands, and then tries to sit (and misses) the chair that has moved"
Please let us know if you think the castors are faulty, and we will gladly replace them
