Not fixed so had to wait for paper copy
Error message said did not match Experian info on me so preparation not done for me to get access. Stressful

From start to finish everyone I spoke to was so helpful and friendly. I got all my debt sorted within 4 weeks which has made me feel a lot more relaxed. Could not fault anything they did for me.

Brilliant and faultless.
They take the stress out of debt. Guided me through every step,and even gave me a direct mobile number to contact. No calling switchboards,being put on hold,etc.
