The blind has started to fall apart and I have not even fitted it to the window yet. Considering that I have paid £141.17 (including postage) I do NOT feel that this blind is worth the money... it is

We are really sorry your blind has arrived damaged, I am pleased we have now rectified this with a full refund as you requested. This was not up to our usual standard and we would have been happy to replace it should you have wanted. We are sorry for for your disappointment.
