Thank you for your comments. After our initial booking, the Tropical Sky team went above and beyond to promptly amend our resort stay dates. We unfortunately missed the first night due to the unexpected closure of UAE airspace and the resulting cancellation of our outbound Emirates flights. Their swift and helpful assistance in resolving this issue was greatly appreciated and made a real difference. Because of this excellent support, I believe the team fully deserves a five-star rating. I highly recommend Tropical Sky to anyone planning a trip!
