Although I'm not sure which size skip you are comparing it to, I'm certain the correct size was provided in this instance - all of our skip sizes, including those previously used by Pink Skip Hire, are the same industry size standard.

It appears our terms and conditions were not adhered to on a couple of points, namely moving the skip on site making it inaccessible, and exceeding the hire period by over 6 weeks. Our terms and conditions are available on our website and are provided in a link with every order notification email.

I'm sorry you feel as if the team were irritable, as I'm sure this was not their intention. However, given the situation it doesn't appear that they could have offered any alternative solutions.

We would be delighted to service your next skip hire requirement, but would suggest your requirements are communicated before the hire commences, as we can always be flexible.
