Eventually my account was reinstated after 7 days. Waiting for Amazon to respond was awful. It would have been better if o could speak to my case handler on the phone.

If I was being picky, then it took longer than the 7 days that they quoted me. It took 10 days in total. But at least I got back on. Everything was done to a high standard.
