Not sure if you are aware, but you can leave a message via the app for where you want the driver to leave your order, that may help you for future deliveries so that it is left where you need it and so that it is easier for you. We have had a very busy period in the run up to Christmas, catching up from the Black Friday sales. Unfortunately, delivery times have been a lot longer than usual.
