A member of our team has tried to reach out because we care about getting things right, and we'd really like the opportunity to talk through and address your concerns.
Applying for a mortgage can naturally be stressful, especially when you're trying to balance it around work. We were working hard to keep your case moving so you could get your plans underway. However, we now recognise that our approach didn't work for you, and for that we're sorry. Had we better understood the impact this was having, we'd have adapted the way we communicated to better suit your circumstances while still keeping your application on track.
