I appreciate your comments concerning the delivery of your greenhouse. We do offer a service where if you are not ready for delivery but would like to take advantage of current offers, then we take just a 10% deposit which is fully refundable, and then await your call within 12 months as to when you would like to take delivery. It should have been explained at the time of order that once we have received notification from you that you are ready for delivery that we will then schedule it into the first available delivery run into your area. This time scale can differ dependant on the time of year and how busy we are but generally we ask for 3 to 4 weeks warning to ensure that we can get you onto a run for when you want it.
I am sorry if this was not explained clearly, and if you would like I could look into whether there is any chance of getting your greenhouse to you earlier than the 3 to 5 weeks quoted.

A number of parts were not delivered with the original order, thankfully the greenhouse was erected by a "professional" so missing parts were quickly identified and delivered within 48 hours..
