We have passed your comments on to the manufacturers who sell thousands of these headsets and do not have general issues or complaints about the quality of the product at all. However, if you are trying to use the headset and are either using an inferior phone, or using the headset incorrectly, then it is possible that the viewing experience will be disappointing?
