Interesting point you raise and I am not too sure whoever you spoke to understood what you wanted to do. Engagement rings are very symbolic and all (nearly all!) of our customers who need the ring adjusted are keen for us to keep both the band and diamond and re-craft the ring to the exact size they want. This of course incurs a cost greater than simply sending another ring from stock which I believe is what you wanted us to do. Apologies for wasting your time it does seem mad on reflection but in all honesty we take great care in making sure our customers get the same ring and diamond back. Gary Ingram

I am sorry to hear that your wife was disappointed with the ring, it's not what we like to hear! I know that you purchased the ring a few months ago and I wish you would have let us know at the time so we could have found a way to put it right. Has your wife been wearing the ring?
