trip cancelled by the company and no refund given. Not impressed!
our trip was cancelled on the day and I was promised a refund but never got it!!!! So no... I am not impressed.

Thank you for your comments but our records show that your booking was not attended and the crew had no option but to leave 15 minutes after the departure time. I never got to go. Every time I called I was left waiting on hold for over 30minson multiple occasions. When I finally booked I was told there was only one day available next week so I accepted the...

Communication is awful !
Communication skills absolutely awful ! No consideration made to people who live outside of London and have already made financial commitments in order to make the set times.
