Dear Ashlee, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are terribly sorry to hear that you experienced such a hassle using our services. I have checked the case of your booking with our team and I can see that it was a last-minute cancellation from the driver indeed. This was because their car broke down while they were approaching to pick you up. We have already taken serious action with the driver from your transfer since we do not consider this behaviour professional according to our standards. However, I have also noticed that they reached you in order to schedule another alternative option which would have been 10 minutes after the pick-up but you decided to cancel it. We completely understand your decision, since the driver was not completing the details you have filledin the booking. This is why at that moment we had to cancel and refund your reservation since there was no other choice to solve the situation. We completely understand your frustrations regarding this matter, especially when travelling abroad. As a result, since the refund has already been issued, as a gesture of apology, we have sent you a discount code. We would love if you could give us another try in order to prove to you that this is not the service that we wan to give to our clients. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
