Veldig bra. Sto og ventet med navneskilt,selv om flyet var 35 min forsinket. Forlanget ikke noe tillegg,selv om adressen vi hadde oppgitt var noe feil. Hjelpsom med bagasje og barn. Super opplevelse.

Excellent Service
Our driver was professional and very polite. He arrived to our house immaculately dressed and helped us with our bags. I felt very safe as his passenger. He was speedy but not dangerous and obeyed...

We are really sorry to realise you had to wait so long for your driver. We are the first ones to know how important punctuality is when it comes to airport transfers, so by no means this is the service we want to offer to our customers.
Please note that we have already taken serious action with the driver from your transfer. We definitely want to avoid this situation ever happening again. Furthermore, in order to compensate you for all the hassle caused, we have refunded you the 5 % of this reservation. You will receive the amount back at your account within 4 business days.

easy and effective
The service was very effective and comfortable. The reservation was easy. The taxi arrived just on time, a little earlier in fact, but that didn't cause any problem. I would absolutely recommend it.
