The whole trip was very well organised. Our guide was first class and a fund of information without being overbearing. He had a gentle humour that also helped in our enjoyment.

I have downgraded this holiday as I was not happy with the coach driver. He arrived just before 8 a.m. for the first pick up, meaning most people had been waiting for over 15 mins in the cold. Also...
