Hi, Thanks for leaving a review. We have reviewed your account and unfortunately your review does not accurately reflect your account, so we will present some facts based on the information available. 1 - Your account has not been flagged for cheating at Superpay.me and at no point have you been accused of that. If you have been accused of cheating elsewhere, then you should raise that directly with that advertiser. 2 - You have been asked to complete a name/address check, which was completed succesfully and your account is currently active. 3 - You have confirmed in support tickets that you have previously lied on your profile, so i you find that you are unable to complete surveys, it's most likely due to not actually being able to answer questions relating to the areas you claim to be able to participate in. You actually have admitted this, so it in indeed your fault. 4 - Our customer service is excellent, all payments you've received have been sent within a few hours, and all support tickets you've raised have received a reply within a few hours. We strongly object to your claims that the service is unprofessional and disrespectful as that is not the service you have received. 5 - At no point has our excellent support treated you "awful". At every stage you've been treated with respect and provided full and factual informaiton to complete checks or help with the issue you are having. There are a number of very inaccurate comments within this so called review, and we'd appreciate if you would stick to the facts. You would not be kicked off the site for leaving a bad review, even if it's inaccurate, but if you think our service is poor, then your more than welcome to close your account. Just because you have not completed your profile correctly and therefore struggle to complete surveys, is no reason to try and prevent others from earning money online from a genuine site. In terms of the reviews you leave, it's a shame that you only choose to leave negative reviews, and as we can see from this one, highly inaccurate. That helps nobody, and certainly doesn't reflect well on you. Perhaps it would be nice to support businesses like ours who provide excellent service as you well know from the payments, and support you have received.
