Hi there,
Drama of any kind, especially bed drama, is terrible for everyone involved. I am so sorry about this experience and thank you so much for allowing me to work on this issue and find a resolution for you.
Please feel free to reach out to the concierge team at concierge@suiteness.com anytime if you decide to use us again at another property and we'd love to see if there's anything we can do to make it extra special. :-)
