Hi Julie -
Not getting what you wanted is the last thing we want for any of our Suiteness guests. I am so sorry that there was construction going on at the hotel and that the pools were closed. That is definitely not the experience we want our guests to have.
I’ve sent an email to your personal email to see if there was anything additional we could do to make it up to you as customer satisfaction is our number one priority here at Suiteness.

Easy booking, easy payments
I booked a two bedroom suite in NYC. I opted for Affirm payment plan, so by the time I go in my trip, it’ll be paid for! I’m looking forward to using Suiteness in the future.
