Not happy with service or suite given

Worst experience ever
Absolutely horrible. Your website glitches causing me to book a stay in Columbia maryland instead of Columbia South Carolina and even tho I rebooked no refund was given

I’m so very sorry that you experienced difficulty with selecting a location to book a suite in. We never want any of our members to face any challenges when navigating the site. With over 2000 bookable destinations including 3 different Columbia’s (MD, SC & MO) there are many to choose from. I was happy to see that you reached out to our 24-hour concierge team when you realized that the location for your original booking was incorrect and that my colleague immediately reached out to the hotel and to inquire if they would be willing to waive their cancellation policy on the mistaken same day booking. I was also glad to learn that you were able to subsequently identify and book a suite on the site in your desired location that met your needs for the night.
I greatly appreciate you taking the time to provide this valuable feedback about your experience booking on the site, as we’re always looking for ways to improve the overall site user experience for our members like you.
